Reiki

Reiki is offered on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month. 25 minute sessions begin at 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm. The cost for Reiki is $25/session. Appointments must be made at least

Gentle and Swedish Massage

Massage is offered once a month on Fridays. Please check the newsletter for the next available date. The cost for massage is $65 for a 50 minute session. Appointments must be made at least

Reflexology

Reflexology is offered the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. Please check the newsletter to confirm dates. The cost is $40/session. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, using either the on-line booking form, or by contacting the front office.

Light Therapy

Light therapy is offered the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. Please check the newsletter to confirm dates. The cost is $45/session. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, using either the on-line booking form, or by contacting the front office.

Podiatry

Dr. Kelly Whaley offers podiatry services once a month, generally the second Tuesday of the month. Please check the newsletter for upcoming dates. The cost is $25/session. Appointments must be at least 24 hours in advance, using either the on-line booking form, or by contacting the front office.

Monthly Book Club

Our book club meets on the third Thursday of each month at 11:00 am. Please check the newsletter for upcoming dates and assigned books. This is a drop-in activity; anyone is free to stop in. 

Attorney

Attorney Deborah Loughner provides free half-hour consultations once a month, generally on the third Friday. Appointments must be at least

Knitting

The Knitting Club meets each Monday beginning at 10:00 am. All skill levels are welcome. This is a drop-in activity; no reservations are required.

Trivia

We meet every month for in-house trivia. Teams are formed and the questions are mostly multiple choice. The winning team chooses the next month's theme, and the date and theme are published in each newsletter. This activity is free, and there is no need to pre-register. 

Piano Lessons

Piano lessons are offered on the first and third Tuesdays of the month, unless otherwise noted in the newsletter. All skills levels are welcome. You are encouraged to attend both lessons. To sign up for a lesson, please see Marianne at the front desk. Lessons are $17/each.

Chess

Want to learn chess? Leave your information at the front desk and you will be contacted to set up playing times.

Hiking Club

The hiking club meets on the second Monday of each month. Check the newsletter for upcoming dates and locations. Every month, we will meet somewhere different for a low-impact hike. No registration is required.
